In the event you have a query or concern regarding your jewellery purchase we have detailed the below returns policy that covers our respective jewellery product categories.
Custom Engagement & Diamond Wedding Ring Purchases
Our custom engagement rings and diamond wedding rings are all made to order which means we cannot accept any exchanges or returns for change of mind as each ring is made to your exact specifications and cannot be resold. If there is a fault with your ring then please email email@example.com explaining the problem and providing a relevant supporting image. Once returned we will send your custom ring off to our workshop to be assessed and ensure the necessary repair works are undertaken.
Women's Diamond Jewellery Purchases
Our women's custom made bracelets, earrings, pendants and necklaces are all made to order so we cannot accept returns on these products unless there is a fault. If there is a fault with your jewellery item then please email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem and providing a relevant supporting image.
In Stock Jewellery
Our in-stock jewellery (georgini) can be returned within 14 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns of any earrings unless there is a fault as worn earrings cannot be resold.
Our in stock jewellery returns policy last 14 days. For your return to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item/s in question must be:
i) Returned within 14 days of delivery, and;
ii) Not worn or damaged in any way, and;
iii) Returned with it's original packaging including the jewellery box, tags, and manuals that aren't removed or damaged in any way, and;
iv) Not changed in any way, including any engravings, and;
v) Returned with an invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.
Men's Accessories (Bracelets, Cufflinks)
If you find your product does not fit or is not what were expected then you have the opportunity to exchange or return it by sending it back in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The shipping cost for return will need to be covered by the customer.
To initiate an exchange or return simply email email@example.com and we will gladly advise where to send your return for it to be inspected and an exchange or refund initiated.
After 14 days we do not accept any returns unless there is a fault with the product within 3 months of purchase.
