Great Customer Service

We originally bought my husband's wedding band from Kavalri in March 2020. Unfortunately there were some construction issues with the ring, and it finally had degraded enough that it needed to be replaced. I didn't think Kavalri would reimburse or replace the ring due to it being out of the warranty period. However, their customer service team was quick to respond with options and assured us that the issue would be covered under their manufacturing warranty. They helped us choose a replacement ring in a comparable style, were quick to get it sent off to manufacturing, and shipped it abroad for us. They even offered us a loan ring while we waited for ours to arrive! I appreciate the great service we received and we're really happy with my husband's new forever ring :).
